Some TIPS
My remedy is still rather new and I am still working out the kinks.
It is YOU the user who tries it, and emails me or posts on the forum about your difficulties when it does not work that helps fine tune it!
1. The BEST tip I have gotten is that no other spray works except the specified one in my instructions and some others have even caused painful burning.
2. The next tip I got is to tell people not to worry, you will not drown when you pour the neti pot in your nose and tip your head back! I swear!
3. Another tip I got was to share this link about the Nasal Spray "Addiction" Lie and about Nasal Spray Rebound effect.
I certainly hope this method can be of help to you. While this method may not eliminate or prevent the need of hearing aids for hearing loss due to aging, it is likely to improve the quality of your hearing if you simply have clogged inner ears. The important thing is to be patient and a bit flexible.
One person who tried it writes to me:
"Whenever I fly on planes, my right ear is always very susceptible to clogging/pain. I flew over the holidays and my ear has been clogged for two weeks and one day. I tried your method a few days ago and it did not help. I actually think some of the water made it up the Eustachian tube and added to the fluid that was already there. I believe your methos is good and I have to say that my sinuses and my left ear felt GREAT afterwards, but right ear is still muffled. I went to the doctor who prescribed antibiotics (even though there's no pain and I don't think it's an 'infection,' just fluid). I've been taking Sudafed, but nothing is helping…."
I replied:
"Thanks for contacting me.
I have some ideas...
One time the only symptom I had was clogged ear and no pain and my remedy would not work either, and Dr said ear drum was red, infection - I was surprised and didn't believe him! He gave me antibiotics which I went ahead and took just incase. Appearently once the infection was gone, about a week later, I was able to clear the fluid with the earadicator trick. And my ear never did hurt from the infection either, it doesnt always cause pain I geuss...
How long ago did you take the RX and did you finish the whole course?>
Also did you repeat the earadicator remedy a few times, over the course
of 2-3 days or just try it once?
I have done it as many as 5 times in one hour, with medicated spray
in every batch (it is diluted when mixed with saline and we do expel it
each time so it really is not a large dose) - I have found that if it
is REALLY clogged up, the medication only touches a small part of the
swollen tube at the opening, and cant get deep enough to open the whole
thing allowing it to drain, so if we do it once, and open a little , then
do it again, and open a little more, then repeat till it opens all the
way in real deep, we can get it to drain finally.
I need to make a video showing this concept as it seems to be a repeating
issue people are asking me about.
It is the same when I use nasal spray on my nostrils, sometimes they are
just a litle swollen making it hard to breath thru my nose, and one little
squirt that I can suck al the way in opens it right up. Sometimes one
nostril is totally closed shut - and it is SO swollen inside that I cannot
even inhale to suck solution all the way up inside. In that case I lean
my head back and drip a few drops in my nostril and let it sit till it
gradually reduces the swelling up front under the bridge of my nose, then
I have to use another dose to reach the very deep portions of my nasal
sinuses so I can breath easy. I suspect this is exactly what is happening
to you in your eustachian tube.
Sudafed also does not help my sinus pressure much at all, even in my nose. Claratin D actually does work for me, but I never used it on a clogged ear, only very stuffy clogged nose,a nd it works great, so it MAY help the ear too, try it also.
I suspect the feeling of the solution from my remedy getting stuck in your ear may be true if the swelling was only reduced a tiny bit, then the ear was allowed to swell back up - which is likely if it is infected in there - and so the solution was retained instead of draining slowly over time, as you sleep, which is usually how it works when you open the tube well.
I would say try the remedy 2-3 times tongiht one right after another,
and be sure to use a fair amount of spray (you HAVE to use the correct spray to get the best results too- others have emailed me saying
other brands did not work and then when they got right one it did work).
Then again tomorrow night if it is still clogged. After doing it each
time, before repeating, be sure to do the valsalva, can you do that? If
not, chew gum or make yourself yawn real big alot of times, that moves
muscles near the ear that can help wiggle the eustachian tube to make
it kinda slip open to let solution in or out.... Also be sure to do the
head tilt exarcises after expelling the solution before repeating, to
help that dose drain back out of the nooks and crannies totally before
adding more. I have had one or two other poeple tell me it felt like the
solution stayed in their ear and I think it is because they have more
crooked eustachian tubes and they did not do extra head tilts to get the
solution to drain well.

Hear Again - clogged ear remedy"
THEN THE PERSON REPLIED:
"Thanks for the quick response! I just started the antibiotics yesterday, but so far, there’s no difference. I used your method about three times on Tuesday night, but I did use a crappy nasal spray. In fact, I usually use nasal spray and filtered ear plugs (earplanes, from CVS) when I fly, but this time I bought a cheaper nasal spray which didn’t seem to work. For some reason, that’s the spray I dripped in the neti pot. Perhaps if I got thecorrect spray and tried it again, it would help. I used an ear drop two nights ago, which obviously didn’t help since it stopped at the ear drum. The doctor actually saw the drop on my ear drum yesterday, but it should evaporate soon if it hasn’t already. I was just looking for any kind of relief. It’s so annoying to have a clogged ear.
I’ve been trying the Valsalva off and on. My left (good) ear pops everytime! I’ve been rolling my head around listening to this fluid and I just want it to clear up"
AND SO I REPLIED:
"That is EXACTLY how I felt before I discovered this! I hated it, I had a clogged ear and reduced hearing for 2 months! UGH! I tried EVERYTHING, I know that depserate feeling, it is aweful!! Every night I was sticking qtips in DEEP, and pouring alcohol and tea tree oil and garlic oil and peroxide and buying all kinds of weird things I read online and going to the alternative health store to buy things to try, I probably spent over $100 on remedies, that are used from the outside - to try to fix my ear.
I finally realized it was on the inside when I started to feel the fluid
sloshing. At first I didnt feel that, just a feeling of bad pressure and
could not hear well. Then the sloshing started. I am so glad I figured
this out- it is really amazing and everyone that has done it loves it!
Be sure to send me an email telling me how awesome you feel if it works
so I can copy it to my testimonials page :) Plus I love to hear how much
I have helped people feel better! That makes me feel better too!
I am positive you will get relief when you get the right spray.
Each spray has different active ingredients and this one seems to be the only one that works on deep inner ear soft tissues I guess."
HOPE THIS HELPS!
